Waterproof case reusing growler lids

Where I live growler lids are not accepted for recycling. One evening I sat enjoying my beer while playing with a lid, and thinking about some way of reusing it. The first thing I came up with was this waterproof case, which is just a simple tube with growler threads on each end. I've created a 50mm long version and a 100mm long version. If you have an application that requires a different length, just ask, and I'll make one for you.
