It gave a very tight fit with some friction initally. After secrewing the cap on off a few times, the friction between the treads became “normal”. If you want to add some tolerance, resize the X and Y plane in the slicer or Fusion 360 file, but keep the Y plane for the treads to match (eg. 100.5 % for X an Y plane in the Bamboo slicer, adds 0,26 mm).
