Waterproof Junction Box Mounting Panel Standoff

Both short and long standoff options are available for use in an IP67-rated waterproof junction box (or similar enclosure) equipped with a PCB mounting panel featuring 5 mm (on-center) hole spacing. Multiple standoffs (short or long, standard or tall) can be printed and installed to create a wider, more stable base for mounting PCBs, batteries, or other components to the internal mounting panel. Components may be secured by drilling directly into the standoffs or by using zip ties routed around them, depending on the application requirements. The standoffs are designed to press-fit securely into the mounting panel holes. For a more permanent installation, the protruding retention pins on the back side of the mounting panel can be heat-staked (e.g., using a heated X-Acto blade or similar tool) to lock them in place permanently.
