WaveShare 2.9inch e-Paper Module

WaveShare 2.9" e-ink display with 2 colors (black/white). Note that this is the V2 revision of the display. All measurements were taken from a physical device (none of this is an official model or design). Care was taken to maintain accuracy, although you should assume variations in manufacturing tolerances and how much coffee I'd had prior to taking measurements.
