Weather station anemometer

## Description
I wanted an Anemometer that matches the design of the direction module.

Base is the same like the direction sensor, but you only need one hall sensor in the sensor mount. With this base mount you can use the sensor holder too.

The File "top.stl" is changed to hold 3 modules instead of two. Dimensions are basically the same.

All Parts printed on an Ender 3 v2. All Parts were sliced with Cura.
Base printed in Black PLA from GEETECH.
Top and cups with White PLA from GEETECH.
