This is a housing for a BME280 temperature/humidity/pressure sensor and a raspberry pi zero. The housing is loosely based on the radiation shield by micromet. I wanted somthing similar to that, but that I could mount to the underside of the soffit on my garage. This is probably not the optimal way to measure outside air temperature, and I will have to see how accurate it turns out to be.
This design requires 5V DC power to be supplied to the device. I cut a small hole in the soffit and ran the power cord down through the base of the sensor. You could also run the wire out the side of the base.
This design should be usable with other sensors with minimal changes. You will need to modify the 'Sensor Holder' part to accept the new size sensor PCB.
For a complete assembly you will need to print:
* Base - QTY: 1
* Fin - QTY: 4
* Cap - QTY: 1
* CPU Cover - QTY: 1
* Sensor Holder - QTY: 1
