Experimenting with OpenScad.
Fin was drawn in Inkscape and imported using the Inkscape extension to write OpenScad file format.
Updated after finding centre of mass with meshlab, and adjusting the nose counterweight. Also added set screw for vertical shaft. Meshlab calculates a slight off-origin centre of mass because of the set screw hole!
