Intended print setting (tested on Ender3 0.4mm nozzle): INITIAL LAYER HEIGHT= 0.25mm, LAYER HEIGHT= 0.15mm,
Print speed (PETG): INITIAL LAYER= 15mm/s, INFILL= 30mm/s, WALL=15mm/s (print time about 4minutes)
Intended print orientation: see photo B (3rd photo).

Material: Only tried and printed using PETG although other rigid materials should probably work just fine.

For 2 TONE PRINT as the one on the photo: If recommended layer height setting was followed set slicer to pause AFTER printing the second layer (at 0.4mm print height) change to desired filament color then purge old filament color and resume print.

Assembling: align the sliding cover side into the rail or groove and push in the other side until it snaps in into its rail. I used the glue T-7000 on this particular tablet in the photo as I'm only mounting it on a screen protector. But for non-permanent application yo
