Weblock for 20mm wide webbings. WLL: 3kN.
Parts:
- printed weblock-body
- D-shackle 8mm stainless steel

- Aluminium pipe (>AL6000) 15.5x1.5x50
Press the alum. pipe carefully into the weblock-body. It might helps to heat up the body by a heat fan (not until it melt), so it can adjust to the alum pipe nicely and keep sticking into the weblock body.
Breaking strength tests:
- PETG weblock-body: 7.53kN
- PLA weblock-body: 7.23kN
- Continue breaking strength test with broken weblock body but intact aluminium pipe: 12.05kN
V3: until 6kN only slight reversible formation. In the breaking strength test the sling has broken by the sewing on 14kN. The weblock was deformed - but hold :-)
I recommend PETG before PLA. Because PETG has a more uniform static than PLA and the higher melting point makes the weblock longer lasting concerning friction based excavation from the webbing te
