This is a weed trimmer attachment similar to ones they are selling with new models. Mine, however, is a Black and Decker GrassHog XP. I also don't like how cheap the wheels are and so have been thinking about this for a while.
You'll need 5/16" all-thread (or similar size in mm) and 2 nuts. I'm including a knob I melted the nuts into. I cut the 5/16" bolt 4 inches long.
You'll also need 2 M3 x 25 screws and nuts.
To secure the pins, I just cut a paper clip and bend it on both sides of the pin to hold it in place.
You'll need 2 knobs, pins and washers, and one of everything else.
I printed everything with high infill and 6 wall layers using standard PLA.
It might take a little bit effort to work the fork through the clamps, and the all-thread bolt through the fork, wheel and shield. Don't
