Weighted Yarn Cone Base for EEW Cones

Base for hollow yarn cones to prevent them dancing all around the table when used in machine knitting. The nubs on the cones tend to catch the yarn towards the end of the cone when there’s only one or two layers left. This provides several ways to keep it from dancing about on the table:
- Weight: Add BBs or lead shot in the middle of the print (pause, add, restart). For example : https://amzn.to/4jBWVBT
- Anchor: Hole in the center can be used to anchor it to a piece a wood with several other bases.

Print with 5% minimal infill with lines (only prints infill every other layer).

- Updated 06/03 to add lip and offset from bottom of cone.
