HW100 Benchrest Conversion Chassis.
I designed these files to provide the Weihrauch HW100KT with a stock more suitable for benchrest, based on the concept developed by Matthew Gleaves using aluminium channel with an adaptor plate for the action as a starting point.
You will need:
• Aluminium channel:
o 1 1/2" x 1" x 1/8" = 38.1mm x 25.4mm x 3.2mm offering an internal of 31.7mm. I ordered a 700mm length from here: https://ebay.us/m/h8S1qu
• One M6 bolt (to secure the action into the chassis)
• A drill (to make hole for bolt)
• Dremel / Hack saw / jigsaw… anything that can cut the aluminium.
How to:
1. Print the STL files.
2. Remove the barrel band from the HW100 (it won't fit within the aluminium channel unless you make another cut to accommodate it)
3. Decide where you want to sit the rifle in the action so you have a comfortable length of pull.
4. Mark and cut out the channel so that the trigger group can drop through
5. Mark and cut out the channel to accommodate the air cylinder
