As I can't afford a Weller WT serie soldering station, nevertheless I found the top tray usefull, so I open Fusion and made one for my WE 1010
The TPU insert act like an anti slip mat, but be sure to don't drop an hot tip onto !
I use double sided tape to mount it on my station.
