WH-1000xm5 hinge fix

Edit: After extensive testing and few months of use i have discovered weak point. Small part containing 2 nuts Had them nested too deeply which Promoted cracking. I Highly recommend to print that part with something less brittle then PLA (Shown on photo bellow), (for new version i used tpu-nylon 72D from cc3d). Please use harder screws then chiniseium(4.8) play dough, i bend mine from over tightening.Also i have updated files with “Right nut fixed” and “left nut fixed”, which move Nuts further from center(1mm) and shouldn't Create cracking. Still works with m2x12mm and Original main part. Your xm5-1000 overear broke coz were designed deliberetly to break in thinnest most stressed part? dont worry, i got You, modeled 36h in sketchup 2017 Free replacment pieces, Feel free to print them and Fix Your Headphones, Coz FXck planned obsolescence!it is forbiden to use it for profit.
