Simple wedge to help holding the proper angle while sharpening a knife on a whetstone.
You can only use this block to determine the angle, you cannot use the block while grinding.
1. Put Knife with the degree wedge on the whetstone.
2. Grab the Knife tight so the angle is locked
3. Remove Wedge
4. Go give em.
5. Profit :-)
