After searching for a fan shroud that provided a clear unobstructed view of the nozzle, I happened upon this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770372
I like how it wrapped around the back of the nozzle, however it required a redesign to fit an Ender 3v2.
For the design rational, please read the OP's description, it is all you will need to know. However, I did not hold to design criteria 6).
This remix is only to adapt the design to fit an Ender 3v2.

I added some mounts for x2 3mm LED lights that are spliced into the 24V from the main
It was design to fit a 5015 style blower fan (specificaly https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3808538), so this WILL NOT fit a stock blower.
