Whistle with variable lanyard loop

This is definitely in the "Keyword: Because I Can" category

I sort if didn't like having the lanyard loop as wide as the whistle, so I adjusted it. Since everyone's got their own preference, I remixed not only my personal width, but supplied the whistle sans loop and a separate loop object which can easily be stretched or shrunk to whatever length you wish (and then combined with the bare whistle.
