Whoop Gate LapRF Mount

I built 15 of Imbcruz's Tiny Whoop LED hexagon gates for our local club, and wanted something a bit different for the start/finish gate.

So, I made a mount for the 8-way LapRF timer to hold 2 gates. In addition to the LapRF mount are struts to give the gates a bit more structure. lastly, I made some simple horseshoe shaped clips to route wires along the outside of the gate.

This works with Imbcruz's "Whoop gates - Modular System" and the thicker hexagon gate I modified.

I made a pair of these and a mount for the 8-way LapRF system for the race at the National Museum of the USAF.
