Wicked Hydro Pot

A model design for a selfwatering pot with a glas container. It's fitted for the 'CYLI' glas vases of Sandra Rich in two sizes: 15 and 13cm of diameter.

The holes on the side of the pot are for a better circulation of air. Also the roots will be air pruned, which leads to more finer roots.

You also need a wick (important: non-organic material!) to get the water from the container into the soil via capillary action. I highly recommend an inorganic soil, e.g. a mineral one to avoid root rot.
