Wide mouth Nalgene threads

I needed to make a custom lid for a wide mouth Nalgene bottle but couldn't find the thread dimensions anywhere, so out came the calipers! Now that I've done it, I'm sharing with the rest of the community. I've also included a PDF with the dimensions, in inches.
