Wider Universal Microscope-Phone Camera Adaptor

A slight redesign of A_Dauntless's design to allow for wider phones (I.E. - the Pixel 4 XL in a case that I had trouble with).

I've also tweaked the pin end the slides into the eyepiece mount to slim it down a touch, as I had some difficulty fitting it together and allowing it to slide in the original design.

Print the remaining parts from the original design.

As with the original I printed it in PLA, 0.2mm layer height and it works great, but I'm sure you can find success with a wide margin of settings. No supports.
