This is copy of the false nose that John Wilmot the Earl of Rochester wears in the film "The Libertine" as portrayed by Johnny Depp. Poor Wilmot lost his nose due to Syphilis at the end of his life. This nose is meant to be decorative and an item of a bygone era.
