A vertical axis wind turbine intended to be used in a micro-wind farm. Each turbine is designed to deliver approx. 30mA to a 12V battery in an 8 m/s wind and can be wired in parallel with each other to feed a charge controller for the battery because each turbine has a bridge rectifier built in. There are several mounting options (a collet for an end mount on 1" EMT tubing, a floor mound and a side (or wall) mount) and a number of spacers for adjusting the distance between the magnets and the coil. A winding fixture is included (six wedges and a hub required) that is held together with (Qty: 9) #10-24 x 1" long machine screws with nuts and is designed to use an 8mm diameter shaft as a pivot.
