Assembly First, glue the back piece to the stand to put this model together. Depending on your printer's accuracy, the roller bearing built into the fan blade may have a lot of axial movement. Putting this back piece on first will allow you to use it to help balance the fan blade since it has no counterweight behind the bearing. This model is a first iteration! There are going to be ways it can be improved, and I encourage you to share your experience in your rating! This wind turbine serves as a decoration, functional experiment, or a fun learning activity for any children! Use it to explain how in real life, the wind moves the blades and the energy is then captured to be used in electricity! For more bearing projects, check out Bearings Galore!
