Wind Waker Master Sword - Full size

This is a full size Wind Waker master sword based on the design by Budward.

I have scaled the model up to better match realistic proportions. (see scale compared to Master sword by Chaos core tech Master sword above)

I have also cut the sword into printable pieces, however they might be too big for some printers.

To assemble:

1: assemble the full blade using the pins. Since the pin holes are not perfectly centered, If a piece is put on backward, the blade won't line up. Make sure you know exactly how all the pieces should fit before gluing.

2: slide the top handle piece up under the blade. It might need some sanding to fit

3: slot the bottom handle piece onto the bit of the blade sticking out of the top handle piece

4: pop the gems into place

Print settings:

printed at a 0.15mm layer height on Bambu lab Carbon X1
4 perimeters
20% infill
no parts need support except for the top handle. Which needs as much as it can get for the wing parts.
