Window Blinds Gear

Replacement part of the roller blinds mechanism, I think it's only European style blinds.

You will need:
- fi 2mm, 35mm length straight and stiff rod (metal, wood, glassfiber) e.g. bicycle spoke,
- CA glue,
- Vaseline oil or other lubricant good for PLA,
- May be drill and 2mm drill bit.

Sprocket like parts must be print in resolutions: XY 0.3mm, Z 0.12mm, or better.
Glue all parts using a rod as an alignment guide.
Remove loose strings from the blinds bushings and lubricate them. Lubricate whole print using generous amount of vaseline oil, PLA will soak it up.

I suggest trying file blind_gear_enlarged_hex.stl at first.
