(WIP) Multimeter battery tester

This is a battery testing jig that uses the needle probes of a multimeter. Usually testing batteries with a multimeter can be frustrating if you are testing multiple batteries, since you need to hold the probes as well as the batteries and apply adequate pressure. This tool allows you to place the probes at whatever spacing you want for the specific batteries you're testing, and just drop the battery in to test it's voltage. This is currently a work in progress, so it may not be perfect, but I've found it functional enough to publish.
