This is a simple insulator for wire antennas. This insulator was designed from scratch to enable easier printability without supports. I also designed a hole on the end to allow a place to tuck the tail of the wire in to keep it more inline. The wire holes are 3mm and will accommodate up to 18 gauge wire. The thickness of the wire insulation could have a impact on the fit. Most 20 gauge silicone wire used for portable applications fit just fine. If you want larger holes, just let me know and I will post another profile. If you print in ABS, or ASA etc, consider brim ears as in the pictures. I recommend printing in at least PETG since it's used outdoors. I want to give a big thanks to my friend Jason KR1BBT for the inspiration for this model.
