Wire Guide Universal Robots
This model was created to demonstrate that the UR robots are able to make coils. The wire has a diameter of 0.18mm so the robot has to move each winding 0.18mm back to make sure that all windings are next to each other.
first model version was the chamfer to small in V3 it is fixed as also the diameter of the mounting holes.
This is for an ISO50 flange
This can also be used guide could be also used for other applications.
