Wire Rack Clothes Hanger Remix

I shortened the over all length of the bracket to bring the rod closer to the shelf. I also added deeper notches for the wire rack to set into. You still need zip ties to hold it but it seems to put more of the weight on the 3d part and rely less on the zip ties.

For some reason most of the shelves in our wire rack have a slight angle to the vertical portion of the shelf where these clip onto. This tilted the brackets outward when installed. I added a 1 degree slope to the face of the mounting point to take care of this. Even the ones that are straight, this tilts hanger slightly in towards the rod which really just helps with the strength and flexes back to just about straight when you load it down with clothes.

I might have shortened it to much for some hangers. Some of ours fit perfectly other hangers have to be tilted slightly to get between the bottom of the shelf and the rod. But it does give you max length for your clothes.
