Wire Rack GPU Mounting Bracket Support - Minimal Length - For GPU Crypto Mining

Adaptation of [USMCPelto](https://www.thingiverse.com/USMCPelto)'s [Wire Shelf GPU Mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4872398) in order to make it shorter so that the hangers do not protrude farther than the end of the GPU bracket.

This makes it so that two GPU's can hang end-to-end [on the following shelf](https://shorturl.at/ftFHU), even on the shortest side where the support polls are sitting.

This has also been tested on [your standard closet shelves](https://shorturl.at/dryEX) and it works great. It should also work on [the HDX shelves as well](https://shorturl.at/hsxRW), or any similarly designed wire shelf, but has not been tested.
