Wire Spool Rack Hanger Brackets

Here are the simple but crucial 3D printed pieces for an economical DIY wire spool rack. They join the hanger rods to the frame using pipe clamps. The rest of the parts are available at the local hardware store and fabrication is pretty easy; just some cutting to length.

These are the parts used in the pictured wire rack. I spray painted the frame gold. After assembly the wire rack rods snap in and out for easy spool changes.

__Frame (all parts from the hardware store)__
(4) 1-in PVC Tee
(8) 1-in PVC Elbow
(2) cut to length 15-1/4" Sch 40 PVC Pipe
(4) cut to length 9-1/4" Sch 40 PVC Pipe
(8) cut to length 2" Sch 40 PVC Pipe
PVC pipe glue

(1) cut to length 11" x 1/4" dia aluminium rod
(2) 1" pipe clamp
(1) L bracket (3D printed part)
