Wire Straightener by Qwerm This is a tool to straighten out coiled wire. Two sets of these straighteners mounted perpendicular to each other can be used to straighten out wires that have more complex bends in them. I made this tool to straighten out 0.06” music wire for my AR15 magazine spring machine along with my upcoming modular magazine spring machine. The markings on the sliding elements can be used as a good starting point for straightening out such wire but this tool should be able to be used for various size wire. One assembled straightener requires 7x V624 bearings and at the time writing, a pack of 10x bearings can be purchased from AliExpress for under $4. I have also included an untested support for perpendicularly mounting two of the straighteners in series. More information can be found in the PDF manual.
