I couldn't find a good solid axle for my k989, so I modeled one. I hope it works for you too.
I have tested it for some time now and it works great, very smooth, but it was hard to get it perfect. For that, I used 0.1 layers and 0.4 nozzle and brims for all the parts. Feel free to ask for more settings or anything. Also, you need a 2mm by 10mm (anything less than 12mm will be fine) pin, but you could glue the 2 parts together, but setting the mesh could get tricky, I used a piece of paper between the pin and the crown gear as shims to get the gear mesh wright.
