I have the 14 Inch MTW from Wolverine Airsoft and I can move the Outerbarrel a little bit. The fix stabilizes the Outerbarrel with the handguard, so it can't move any more.
The Fixation-Ring needs two or three M3 grubscrews to hold it in place on the outerbarrel.
