WALL ANCHORI had some old IKEA Metod cabinets in the garage that I wanted to modify: move a door and add some drawers, nothing too fancy. While relocating the door, the anchor used in the original Utrusta hinges broke, so I decided to redesign and reprint them in PETG. In the PETG version, the countersunk section broke almost immediately after insertion and tightening. However, the remaining part inside the original 5 mm hole would have still worked. That’s when I came up with the idea of making two versions:a countersunk version to be used with the hinges, and a non-countersunk version to mount the drawer slides in the other cabinet where I had to add drawers. This time, the parts were printed in TPU, which in my opinion turned out to be the right choice. Both versions feature small external teeth to improve grip inside the 5 mm hole. The central hole is 2.4 mm, and I used 4 mm diameter screws. To install the non-countersunk version in the cabinet, I gently tapped them in using a rubber
