This build is inspired by Brio-duplo coverter part. There are several of them here on Thingiverse.
However Duplo is quite expensive if you don't have them. Fully printed support is quite boring and does not fit the style of wooden track. So I decided to combine them together. It is easy to buy and cut some wood slat 18x18mm (or 20x20). I used some leftovers of 18mm plywood. It is glued with low temperature hot glue.
Support is only needed under centre of top part.
How to customise:
to generate stl file in OpenScad, you need install or copy train_tracks_generator.scad from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5598668 (Thank you, torwan). Size of wood slat is in variable in_size. You can change parameter height in pyramid of top() module. Depending on how steep overhang your printer can print. In module bottom you can experiment with parameter out_size.
