Woodworking vice hardware

This wheel and plug are used to make a woodworking vise. Using a length of 5/8-11 UNC threaded rod. You insert an M-4 rivnut into the small hole inside the threaded hole in the handwheel. You then screw the handwheel onto the end of your length of threaded rod, and use an M4 bolt through your rivnut to clamp it onto the end of the rod. Then screw the plug onto the threaded rod, with the flat face towards the handwheel. Use a 2 1/8" forstner bit to make a recess for the head of the plug, then an auger bit to drill a hole deep enough to take the whole length of threaded rod (minus the movable jaw part of the clamp) Slide your wheel and rod assembly into the holes you drilled in the workbench and secure the plug into the hole with 4 screws through the holes in the plug. Prepare the movable jaw by drilling through the middle of it with a bit large enough for the rod to spin freely in it, on the inside of the movable jaw, countersink large enough for a 5/8-11 nyloc nut & washer to be re
