Mould for casting foam Wookiee toes - Use a couple of coats of spray putty inside, if you want to get rid of the print lines.
Remember to mirror model in your slicer, to get the second foot!
Using Smooth-on Flex-It foam 'X' will give a good balance of flexibility and strength - approx 200ml of the foam mixture will be required per single mould but check the volume of toe mould with water first and calculate volume required, according to the foam manufacturer's instructions.
Use a clear perspex lid to help push foam into the details, although it worked fine for me with no lid.
