Word Study Flashcard V1

My first quickly drafted version of an idea I had for 3D printed flashcards for language study. You input whatever text you want on the top and bottom sections, making sure that the depth/thickness of the text is no more than 0.5mm, I used 0.4mm. I recommend using a grey filament for this, as more solid colours like black or white could make the text harder to read. I used PLA Matte Ash grey but this model should work with regular PLA.This model is made for a 0.2mm hotend and while it might work on a 0.4, the text would be much harder to make print properly. In the near future I want to try make an upscaled version for a 0.4 nozzle, although simply scaling this one up to around 150% might work, although might loosen the tolerance on the slider. This model uses a bit over 5g of filament and takes a tiny bit under an hour to print on my A1 with flow/vibration calibrations. My V2 and V3 models are overall better designed to print with less filament and a bit faster, I'll release those
