Work Gripper

One of my buddies had picked something similar from the local hardware. You can use them as a non marring surface for sanding or what not.

The divots in the center are 75mm. I went to the local big box, and picked up pre-cut felt pads. The store-bought version has what seemed to be neoprene, but the felt was what I could get easily and inexpensively to hand.
