I uploaded the actual housing and impellers for my EL-39 and He-162 designs. The He-162 impeller has a slightly higher pitch than the EL-39 impeller and gives more thrust and higher current draw. These parts are designed for HET 800-73-590 motors with 8 mm shafts and 50mm heatsinks.

EDIT - 27.03.2018:
I just uploaded fan09, which is the ninth fan I tested. It has the best performance so far. 930 g @ 250 W and 3250 g @ 1500 W. 300 mm pitch and 13 blades. I'm using Housing05 now. I don't measure any difference between the different stators.
Currently working on fan 11, which might be the last fan I test if it doesn't do better than 9.

Wear protective glasses and ear protection when running the fan. Use something between your body and the fan when running it at high power levels to prevent injury if it should explode, like a plexiglass plate or wood. Don't even think about holding your hand in front of the intake. I have not teste
