Workbee Z linear rail modification using HGR15 rails

Need to cut or get cut aliminium plate

Alignment jig added, print 2 use the gantry itself to align second rial.

19th December 2020
Full 3d printed trial fit including T8 leadscrew.
Spacing of T8 block needs to be increased to 30mm (from 4mm).

2 x 50mm M5 hex bolts or button hex bolts
2 x 1mm precision 5mm shims/washers
2 x 20mm alloy spacers
2 x 9mm alloy spacers
(or any combo to get to 30mm)

Stepper motor
Here we fit a total of four 8mm bearings to improve thrust and stretch the T8 much like the tingle system.
4 x 60mm Hex bolts
4 x 40mm alloy spacers (existing)
4 x 9mm allow spacers
4 x 8mm bearings (2 x existing)
4 x 8mm bearings spacer washers (2 x existing)
4 x 8mm locknuts (2 x existing)
