This is a project I have been wanting to make for some time now. In fact, this is not my first attempt. About half a year ago I tried to make a 3d printed padlock, but I ran into problems with friction! About a week ago I figured I would give it another try… And I did it!!! After six days of hard work, I have created a functional and fully 3d printed padlock that is unlike any other 3d printed lock there is! What makes this lock so unique? No extra hardware required. You don’t need to buy any screws, bolts, springs, or other parts. It is actually a lock. Some other 3d printed locks, you can put any size of key in and it will still open. Not this one!I basically had to reinvent the lock to make it 3d printable… so that makes it quite unique. :) Specifications:• Material: PLA works fine• Filament Usage: 48 grams• Cost: $1.20 with Bambu PLA• Print Time: Just under 2hr on the a1 mini Boost MeBoost if you want me to make a combination lock! :)Assembly Guide: Make sure you put the shackle in o
