Worktable Lamp - Smaller and Stronger

This remix was made in order to address the following needs:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

* Significantly strengthen the original design (the second image compares a print of the original arm to the remix).
* Redesign the lamp holder to allow the use of a standard E27 holder and switch, so that regular household LED light bulbs could be used.
* Make the lamp smaller to allow for ease of use in tighter quarters

Update 12/24/2020: Added a dovetail mount base for flat attachment to workbench using fasteners. I've intentionally left out the holes for the fasteners on the mount to allow users to drill or mod to fit; note that fasteners must be countersunk to below the plane of the mount.
