Worm Gear Box

I'm not really sure where I got these worm gears. I believe they came from a cheap website that ships from China. Anyhow, I have had these for years and haven't been able to use them due to lack of a case. Took me 7 revisions before I got one that worked. If anyone has similar gears like this, hope it helps. I modeled (and included) the worm gear parts to help model the case around it. But I did NOT print the worm gears.
