A one of a kind Worm on a String fursuit head base! Complete with its iconic long noodle-like nose and compatibility with 4.7 Inch googly eyes! Item is pre-scaled to fit the average person's head size but can be made bigger or smaller in your slicer of choice if need be.
Designed to be furred and worn as a fursuit head/mask.
