Worry Bots - 3D Printed Worry Dolls

My oldest kid loves robots. He shows no concern for robots taking jobs or AI destroying the fabric of society. In fact, he nicknamed himself Team Robot, so we all know who side he's on.

So even though I had a set of worry dolls as a child, I decided to make something a little different but along the same lines. Worry dolls are very tiny little pattern fabric covered dolls that originated in Guatemala, or so a quick google search tells me, and a common souvenir for tourists. So these cute little dolls, each one unique, go in a little box and basically you tell them a worry or concern you have. Then place them under your pillow and they use their "magical powers" to make your worries and troubles "go away" while you sleep.

So I made little Worry Bots who use there "special algorithm" to compute your problems and "solve" them by morning.

Now my kid has no worries when he welcomes our future robot overloads. Sweet dreams!
