Wrapping Paper Cutter

Update: I ended up cutting a shop razor with a dremel and heated it up so that it would settle into the groove. Unfortunately the razor wasn't sharp enough at a wedge to bit into the paper and cut. Also found the first size was too small. Increased size to 3 1/2 inches and will cut an exacto blade and try to settle in the cut tip into the groove and see if that cuts better.

Wrapping Paper Cutter.

Add an exacto blade within the wedge with blade facing away from the opening. Put your tube of paper in and run the wrapping paper cutter down to make the cut.
