Wrist Strength Roller

This wrist roller is a 3D-printed training device designed to strengthen the forearms, wrists, and grip. The roller consists of three printed parts, securely fastened with three M6x80 hex socket screws and nylock nuts. A length of paracord is threaded through the center, allowing weights to be attached and rolled up by rotating the handle. Compact and durable, this design provides an effective way to train wrist stability and grip endurance.
